Shipping your order

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered against a signature. Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will supply you with a link as soon as possible, so you can track the delivery of your order online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and mailing costs. 

The delivery times shown below are the shipping company delivery times, to which the time for preparing the order (2 to 3 days) must be added.

Delivery by La Poste - So Colissimo France

Multi-choice 48-hour delivery to Metropolitan France only.
Whatever the choice, the customer is informed by e-mail 24 hours before the delivery of their order.

If “Home delivery” is chosen, the customer receives their order at home, against a signature, between 8 am and 1 pm. If they are not home, they must go and collect the package from their usual post office, within the next 10 working days. Thereafter, the package will be returned to sender.

For central Paris only, the customer can choose “Home delivery by appointment”. As soon as the package is available for delivery, the customer receives an e-mail or text message to choose the time slot that suits them best, from Monday to Friday: 5 pm - 6.30 pm, 6.30 pm - 8 pm or 8 pm - 9.30 pm, on the same day or within the next 10 working days. Thereafter, the parcel will be returned to sender.

If “Ma consigne Cityssimo” is chosen, the customer chooses which automatic deposit box the item will be delivered to (open 24/7, except for venues subject to shopping mall opening hours). Once the parcel is available, they receive an e-mail or text message with the withdrawal codes to gain access to the locker. The customer has 10 working days to retrieve their parcel. Thereafter, it will be returned to sender.

If “My post office” is chosen, the customer chooses the post office where they wish to take delivery of the item.  As soon as the parcel is available in the chosen post office, the customer receives the withdrawal slip by e-mail or text message. The customer has 10 working days to retrieve their parcel, with an ID card. Thereafter, it will be returned to sender.

If “My storekeeper” is chosen, the customer chooses one of a large number of stores, close to their home, place of work or vacation, where they wish to take delivery. As soon as the parcel is available, the customer receives an e-mail: this must be printed to retrieve the parcel within 10 working days, with an ID card. Thereafter, it will be returned to sender.
