Maison d'Été sells outstanding linen, in a minimalist style - timeless linen for your traditional or contemporary interiors.

It all began fifteen years ago in 1999, when Isabelle opened a decoration store in southern France. Following her extensive travels, she had developed a taste for discovery, authentic luxury, and images and sensations - all sources of inspiration firmly rooted in her memory.

She has always had a keen love for textiles. It was meeting talented weavers in India and learning of their ancestral knowhow that led to her taking the decision to create her own brand in 2002 - Maison d'Été. And so with constant attention to detail, quality - and a healthy dose of perfectionism - Maison d'Été products have been manufactured with tender love and care for the past thirteen years.

Isabelle's natural sensitivity leads her to work only with natural materials that she carefully selects so as to ensure the very best resistance to washing and sunlight: anything that's 100% linen or cotton (linen gauze, thick linen, washed linen, percale, etc.), featuring a range of timeless, soft colors.

Bridging the gap between tradition and modernity, Maison d'Été's success lies in the discretion and natural elegance of its collections and the refined, delicate finishings, boasting a variety of intricate embroidery, monograms and festooned edges.

Present at the Maison et Objet exhibition in Paris and Vivre Côté Sud in Saint-Tropez, the company supplies select retailers and architects in France and abroad - partners who see in its work, approach and products an unremitting desire to combine quality and refinement. This top-of-the-range linen is now also available online.

Most of the products in the range are essential household linen items in the best French tradition, with Isabelle adding her own contemporary touch: bedlinen, curtains, blinds, table linen and small decoration items, as well as scented candles, all guided by her inspiration.

The Maison d'Été approach is based first and foremost on the idea of really feeling at home by making one's home a haven of peace - a place where quite simply, life is good, and entertainment and sharing come naturally.
